How can I lock my subjects?

When the time comes to possibly save the rules I made about the chatbox, how would I be able to lock that post so nobody could reply on it? I havn't been able to figure it out and was hoping you could either give me the power or tell me how to do it ASAP.

n the very bottom of ur post page theres a button that says quick mod tools. theres a button there that says lock. BTW wrong section for this lol. this isnt a bug lol
